Pickup at the bakery
You can pick your order up at our bakery free of charge. Available pickup windows are shown at checkout - they reflect baking schedule and opening hours. We will hold your order for you on the selected day; please bring the order confirmation.
Local delivery
For addresses within our local delivery zone, we deliver on the date you choose at checkout. The delivery fee is calculated automatically based on the destination and is shown before order confirmation. Delivery is performed by our staff or a partner carrier.
Accepted payment methods
Online card payment via Comgate Payments, a.s. (Visa, Mastercard) - the customer is redirected to a secure payment page operated by the gateway. No additional fee. Bank transfer and additional methods may be enabled at checkout depending on the selected region.
About the payment gateway
Card payments are processed by Comgate Payments, a.s., Gočárova třída 1754/48b, Hradec Králové, ID 27924505. We never see or store your full card data. For questions about a payment you may contact Comgate at platby-podpora@comgate.cz or +420 228 224 267.
Order processing time
Once payment is captured we add your order to the next available baking batch. The earliest delivery / pickup date your basket can be assigned to is always shown at checkout before confirmation.
