About Sour Baker
We are Amelia and Raul, a couple with a strong passion for cooking and baking. Over the years, we explored sourdough more and more, both in pastry and bread. After completing courses at Ferrandi Paris, we decided to start our own small home bakery. All our products are naturally leavened and cold fermented. We focus on making the best possible products using quality ingredients. Our goal is to share savory and sweet creations that are both delicious and made with care.

This Week's Bake Schedule
Along with our daily sourdough breads, this week's special dessert is our Lemon Tart. A perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors with a bold lemon aroma. Finished with light Italian meringue, beautiful to look at and even better to taste.
